How does it work?

Sheila Perez Method generates real results by assisting your lymph system to work effectively. The lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste products, protecting your body from infection, recirculating fluid from cells and tissues and carrying nutrients back to your bloodstream.

How do I make the most of my treatments?

Dry Brushing

We recommend dry brushing every other day to maintain your results and keep your lymphatic system working effectively. We have brushes available for purchase at the studio.

Avoid eating or drinking for an hour beforehand

As we often treat the abdominal area, it is safest to avoid eating in the hour before a session. Vigorous treatment can cause reflux (or very occasionally, vomiting) if food has been consumed.

Drink lots of water after

Staying well-hydrated will enable your lymphatic system to make the most of your session and work as effectively as possible.

Expect cumulative results

To see the best results, plan to have a weekly massage, building to a maintenance programme.
