Refund policy
When can I exchange or return a product?
If a product is faulty, please email orders@mybeautyroom.co.nz and we will arrange to replace it.
If your product is not faulty we are not able to offer exchanges or returns for hygiene reasons, except if you are based in Europe.
Europe-based customers may return a product within two weeks of delivery and receive a full refund.
The products you sent me are not what I ordered – can you fix this please?
Please forward your purchase confirmation email to orders@mybeautyroom.co.nz if you have it and/or make sure you include the following information:
