Do you ship worldwide?

Yes – we currently ship everywhere.

I made a mistake on my order – can I change it?

Please email orders@mybeautyroom.co.nz as soon as possible.

If the order has not been shipped we will assist you to change it. If it has already been shipped you will need to manage any changes through our returns policy.

It is your responsibility to check your order before finalising your purchase.

How do I correct or update my shipping address?

Please email orders@mybeautyroom.co.nz as soon as possible.

If the order has not been shipped we will update the address.

If the order has already been shipped we are unfortunately unable to update the address because of the way our courier system works.

It is your responsibility to input your address details correctly and check them before finalising your purchase.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are sent out daily Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

If you live in New Zealand you can expect your order to arrive between 3 and 10 working days from when we send it.

If you’re ordering from overseas you can expect your order to arrive between 2 and 5 working days from when we send it.

I didn’t receive a tracking number – why?

The first email you receive from us after making a purchase doesn’t include a tracking number.

You should receive a second email with your tracking number in it when your order is packaged for shipping.

If this is missing please email us at orders@mybeautyroom.co.nz and we will assist you.

My tracking number isn’t working – what should I do?

This is usually because your order is waiting for pick up. Try again the next day.

If it’s still not working then, email us at orders@mybeautyroom.co.nz and we will check what’s happened.

I’ve lost my tracking information – what can I do?

Please email orders@mybeautyroom.co.nz and we will locate and send your tracking number
